Erasmus+ VET

Kinderladen Badehaus is proud to participate as a host organization in the Erasmus+ program for vocational education and training (VET). As part of this European educational initiative, we offer learners and professionals from abroad the opportunity to gain practical experience in our everyday educational environment, and to actively contribute to our work.

As a host organization, we collaborate with the visiting partner institutions to create individual learning agreements that define clear learning objectives and mutual expectations. This cooperation enables participants to gain valuable insights into our educational concepts, while also strengthening their intercultural competencies.

Through our involvement in the Erasmus+ program, we not only promote international exchange, but also further develop our own pedagogical practices. The regular exchange with professionals from various countries enriches our team, and helps us to integrate new perspectives and methods into our daily work.

We look forward to continuing to welcome dedicated professionals as part of Erasmus+, and to learning together from one another.

At Kinderladen Badehaus, as part of our participation in the Erasmus+ VET program, we warmly invite educators in training and leadership roles to gain hands-on insights into supporting their staff.

A special focus is placed on peer exchange around methods and approaches to education and guidance: How can a learning-conducive atmosphere be created? What role does relationship-building play in everyday training and development?

Together, we reflect on our educational practice and create space for professional dialogue that inspires and enriches—across national borders.
